Aspire Schools Trust is founded on the central principle that children come first in all of our schools. We want all of our children to aspire to be the best that they can be and to enable this to happen Quality First Teaching is at the heart of our School Improvement Model.
There is no improvement for pupils without improvement in teaching, and no improvement in teaching without the best professional development for teachers. Teaching within our schools is rewarding and underpinned by the best evidence from research, with collaboration between our schools vital in raising standards and sharing good practice.
Our reason for existing as a Trust is our strong moral purpose to improve the life chances and to support aspiration for all of our young people. There should be no ceiling placed on the ambitions of our pupils. We believe this is best achieved through a supportive family of schools working together.
Our schools benefit from ambitious and compassionate leadership, strong and principled governance, astute business management and outstanding professional development.
We want all of our schools to be outward-facing, committed to wider networks and partnerships. We do not believe in a ‘one size fits all’ approach and value each school’s individuality and distinctiveness which makes them treasured assets for their local communities.
As a MAT established in 2018, we have developed the capacity and capability to raise standards collaboratively and have made a demonstrable impact on our school communities, with all of our schools currently graded ‘Good’ by OFSTED.
If you are considering joining our Trust, we would welcome a conversation with you.
