Oliver Phillips is the Chief Financial Officer of Aspire Schools Trust. With over a decade of working in senior finance roles across professional services, industry and education, Oliver is passionate about improving outcomes through effective financial management of school budgets, developing people and supporting the implementation of new technology. 

Oliver holds a Masters in Management with Business Finance from the University of York and is a Chartered Accountant with the ICAEW. Returning to education in 2024, Oliver is a Fellow of the ISBL and accredited as a strategic practitioner.
